A pre filter is generally used to protect your HEPA filter by arresting the bigger sized dust particles
The pre filter can be washed under tap water then placed back once it is completely dry. Never place any part of the purifier in the washing machine, and refer your instruction manual for further details. Note: YOUR HEPA AND CARBON FILTERS CANNOT BE REUSED AFTER WASHING, AND NEED PERIODIC REPLACEMENT.
We suggest every 3-6 months, but it really depends on your usage and the quality of your air. Check your filter periodically to see if the filter needs to be replaced. You can change the filter by booking a call with us. For more information, please read the Instructions manual.

Yes you can do it yourself, by buying the replacement from us. However since it’s an electrical device, we advise you to exert caution and always disconnect the device before opening the same or request for a service call from our end or opt for our AMC pack.
